Directions: New
York State Thruway to exit 24. Take the second exit after toll to the
Northway (Montreal). Take exit 4 off the Northway (Albany Airport exit).
At end of exit ramp take a right onto Wolf Road. Continue straight on Wolf
Road until the intersection of Sand Creek Road (Hannaford Plaza and Mobil
Gas station will be on your right). Take a right onto Sand Creek Road.
Continue straight for approximately 2 miles, the new church and the community center will be
on your right.
